| Under attack, DRDO chief turns to Ravi Shankar for solace

Bangalore, Jan 20: With DRDO under attack from some quarters over project delays and cost overruns, its chief M Natarajan said teachings of Sri Ravi Shankar of the Art of Living kept his confidence levels high and spurred him to take on challenges.
"If a leader of an institution is disappointed, where does he go?", he asked, adding a leader's role is to motivate the organisation's staff and keep their spirits and morale high. Then, he went on to say that "the only person he goes to boost his confidence is Ravi Shankar".
He said the spiritual guru's teachings help people achieve their goals and motivate them to pursue a spirit of adventure and courage, unmindful of problems they face.
